From Broad Street, continue east onto Sand Bar Ferry Road (Hwy 28) and cross the Savannah River into South Carolina. At Beech Island, bear right onto SC Hwy 125 (4 lane highway with median). Stay on SC 125 through Jackson, SC. Bear right to stay on 125 for approximately 19 miles through the Savannah River Site. NOTE: Some GPS devices will direct you to go around the Savannah River Site and head to Barnwell, SC. Disregard those directions and stay on 125 toward Allendale. After exiting the Savannah River Site, turn right onto Steel Creek Road.
